Witnessing the Change | Hidden Treasures of Transformation

Yesterday was a day of cleansing old ways and stepping into the Change that God has done in me the last few years. Instead of running from my problems, I decided to meet them head on, and what a major collision it was! But it has laid to waste my emotional baggage that was weighing me down. It has sought Peace without Understanding. It has brought me into a frequency in my life where my tone was not being hidden, but heard clearly by all and it is a song that I sing strong and loud.

An Inspired Post shared from Our Other Christian Blog, LCTLove.com, Let us Live, Change, Transform, and Love by Jesus.

Good Morning Loverlies! Guess what! Today is my Birthday! And what a day it has already been! I woke up feeling refreshed today, it was the first night I have slept six hours in a row for longer than I can remember! I am so very grateful for that.

Yesterday was a day of adulting. We all know how difficult that can be. But, even after 46 years, it was still a reminder of how much further I need to grow as a Christian. It showed me the peace that I seek is only in God’s hands and not something I can create with strength or stature. It challenged me to implement the ways of God I have learned thus far and to be open to the ways I do not comprehend yet. I won’t get into the specifics of the story because in the end that would just be too much drama, but… I will say, I am lighter than air today. Thank you Lord for the breath you have breathed into my nostrils and for the sight you have given me!

Today’s Verse of the Day is so relevant to my situation and to so many others I am sure. Praise God! We were born Sinners but die as Saints when we Live as Believers in Christ’s Holy Name! Let us bear truthfulness to one another and confess our iniquities to our brethren so that we may be able to pray for one another properly. James 5:16 And continue to build up in each other the Spirit of God, that which is within us bounding us to a higher Way, Life and Truth than the rest of the world. For He is the Way, the Truth and the Life within us, and no man shall come forth into heaven but by His Name and His Name alone. John 14:6

Psalms 51: 5-10

5. Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. 6. Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being, And in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom. 7. Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8. Make me to hear joy and gladness, Let the bones which You have broken rejoice. 9. Hide Your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquities. 10. Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

When God brings forth a true change in the Believer, it brings forth a gnashing of the teeth, a sweat of the brow and a breaking of the Spirit. A Transformation by God can break any man and cause a difference in someone that is not revealed by words like “I’ve changed!”. It is by the actions and life one begins to live that divulges the change to others around us. It brings a sense of Humility wherein we do not find ourselves boasting of the change that we have overcome, but instead boasting in our God for loving us through it. It comes with confession and a servitude to make good our wrongs. We don’t expect the actions of others to accept our change, we live in a new discipline that begins to write God’s Wisdom on our hearts. These transformations, either big or small, are not worn as a Flag of Achievement. But rather become offerings and  examples of what God can do and the Power of His Love. Romans 5:3-5

We find ourselves broken by the transformations because they signify a breaking of our Flesh and Desire, our Adam. It is the literal separation happening within us that tears us from our Adamic Nature and bears us raw into the Spirit. It exposes our deepest iniquities and lays us on the alter so that we can become witness to the reason why we need Christ to live. John 8:32 And though this is the New Life God creates within us to give birth to our Testimony; the whole process is a humbling and an expository experience to give it a savagely simplistic name.

I have not only witnessed change in myself, but now I am able to see Godly Transformations in others. This change produces its own proof and pleads its own case. It cannot be worn as a badge because of the place it puts the individual. But instead manufacturers a serving heart, an honest heart that can be seen and heard. It crowns the head of the Believer in a Holy and Blameless way without the pride of man. It is beautiful and cannot be denied. It brings true Glory to God. I am grateful for the change that my friends and family have called witness to in me. I am humbled by the grueling process wherein God has dug into the deepest and most hidden parts of my soul to reveal the iniquity that was hidden within me so that He could wash my sin away. I am thankful to know that I have been cleansed by the Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 2:14 I also know, change will always be taking place within me the more I seek to Understand my Heavenly Father and all the riches He has set aside for me. It is a lifelong process that I am gradually adhering too.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful Birthday Wishes and Tender Loving Care that some of you have given me while I have gone through this very hard part of my life. I would be nowhere without God’s loving protection, encouragement and support through all of you. I am sincerely grateful and humbled to know each and everyone of you! Here’s to a New Year and New Healing!

God bless! Always in Love and in Spirit,
